Morgan, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. Many times tents are booked 6-12 months in advance so meeting short notice requests can be difficult. However, we do try to make communication and response time better than it sounds like you experienced and it definitely sounds like the ball was dropped in providing you with good customer service. HORRIBLE service. We were working under a deadline, that we did not meet because the employees would not call back. We spent multiple days trying to get ahold of someone who could help us and the receptionist said they were in meetings several times or at breakfast for 2-3 hours when we would call and did not receive a callback. Our tent that we requested a quote for days earlier ended up getting rented because they didnt have the decency or professionalism to respond or call back in a timely manner. Highly recommend to use a different company.

It was incredibly helpful to be able to rent everything from A One, it really helped things go smoothly and was super easy. Carol kept in contact via email and phone and was always helpful in reminding me to do things. The aisle planner website she uses and sets up for her clients to use was really great and super helpful. Hiring Carol was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I really don't know how we would have managed without her.
