Hey Jason - we certainly apologize for this inconvenience. We spoke to our kitchen team and just before your arrival, the tables that were in the building collectively ordered several hundred dollars worth of food and were on their way to a show at the Schuster Center. We only had 1 kitchen employee in the building at that time as generally we don't receive that type of business so early in the day and he was trying to get their food pulled together as quickly as possible so they were not late for their show. We definitely apologize if anyone came off a certain way (there's no way you would have known how the stoplight system works). We've taken a look at that system and are adjusting that approach as we certainly don't want our guests leaving hungry. Our team was just a little caught off guard and we were admittedly a bit short handed. Again, we do apologize. Hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

Had never been here before and wanted to try Sunday brunch. Ordered a beer at the bar and headed to the window to order food. The guy in the kitchen said "Red light, no food orders" like I should have known better. There were only about 5 or 6 tables in the place so I'm not sure why they were so backed up, but we left hungry and likely won't go back.

Yuck. The chicken chunks have no taste. Very very bland and dry. . the cole slaw was horrible runny and no taste again. Fries had no salt. I give a --3. Atleast the place was clean.

We have recently been to this brewery a couple times! The food is delicious! The chicken chunks, beef/lamb gyro and the mac n cheese (best I have had at a restaurant in a long time)!!! Megan, our server, was personable and quick with drinks! She was fantastic! Cant wait to go back!

Hi Paul, sorry to hear about the long wait for food. We recently had some turnover in our kitchen crew and are running with only 2-3 people but we're working to get a few more people hired ASAP so we can bring the wait times on food back down. We apologize for the inconvenience.
