They sent me on a 120 mile round trip for an interview for a role that I was not qualified to apply for. The job specification was emailed to me 20 minutes prior to leaving home. When I requested my expenses to be refunded, the branch manager assured me a call back within the week. Still waiting. Very disappointed with the overall service and response to my issue.
