Talk about customer service! I purposely call to request a specific sneaker so that I don't waste my time & gas if they don't have it. I ask if they have the specific size, color and everything AND... if it's NOT the display sneaker and they say NO it's not the display sneaker. Perfect! I thought. I arrive at the store to pay and ask to see the sneakers before paying and SURE ENOUGH! The damn display sneaker! not to mention you can't LIE... the sneakers are supposed to be all white you can clearly see one is perfectly all white, while the other is brown and dirty clearly the one everyone has tried on or returned. The manager says I can take 10% off, I'm like that's not going to make a ding on the price not to MENTION they LIED to me on the phone and made me waste my time and gas. So damn frustrating, lying to a customer like I'm not going to check what I'm about to purchase. Come on now, they clearly don't care about customer service and having the customer be a returning customer.
WENT TO BUY SNEAKERS. BEFORE I PURCHASE SNEAKERS THAT IM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON I WANT TO EXAMINE BOTH SNEAKERS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE UP TO MY SATISFACTION. THE CLERK SAID ITS AGAINST STORE POLICY FOR ME TO HAVE BOTH SNEAKERS IN MY POSSESSION AT THE SAME TIME. I THINK ILL STAY WITH STREET GEAR AND SNEAKER TERMINAL. I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR IN ORDER TO POST. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS FOR COMING TO AN AFRICAN AMERICAN NEIGHBORHOOD AND ACTING LIKE ITS THE 60S
