They sure don't put forth any effort in shipping your parts out. It says it's been waiting to ship for 2 weeks now. They don't even attempt to act like they care when you're finally able to get someone on the phone

1 star is too many. Ordered product over a week ago. Needing it to get customers truck out of my shop and still hasnt shipped yet. I constantly have 30-40 ford diesels at my shop and was looking for a place to deal with. Today is April 6th 22. The shipping said it will be here between 6-8. And still hasnt shipped. I emailed them with no reply. I called and left voicemail with no calll back. I kept having to call. If youre looking for a place to buy ford parts from please dont buy them from here
