Jim,, You based your opinion on little knowledge of the full facts involved. First, the persons doing the repairs, should have made some attempt find the owner of the vehicle, they did not. Second, We are part Mexicans in our family, if you think you heard remarks. Three, he said you got involved in a event without being asked. A bit of advice for future,,, with things being the way they are, people are trying a find ways to get along. I don't know the name of the skinny, young man who works here, but he is absolutely unprofessional, rude, and racist. I heard him make disparaging remarks about Mexicans and he used other racial slurs about 20-30 times in the span of 5 minutes. This employee also threatened to fight 3 different people for no valid reason. I'd be embarrassed to have this employee representing my company. I will now be sure to never bring business to this company.
We had dropped off some jackets for print on the back. We marked where the print was to be with a pin on one of the jackets and explained it to the owner Levon. Upon receiving the jackets the logo was in different places on each jacket. I called Levon and explained that all the logos were in different places. After explaining the situation Levon response to me was are you finished talking? He then started to explain that they do not guarantee anything that isnt bought from there store. I dont think us buying the product from their store has anything to do with the placement on the items which was clearly explained and marked off on one of the jackets. Levon continued to explain how one jacket was marked and the other three were not. I took full responsibility for that and said ok maybe youre right I should have marked each jacket But if youre unsure of where to put the logo then you and your staff should have called us instead of putting them in different places on each jacket. I think it was a mistake on both sides, but the way he was condescending towards me and then would not take any responsibility really rubbed me the wrong way. I own multiple businesses and I would never in my life ask a client are you done talking I simply explained why I was calling and to be treated like I was bothering him was just not right. At the end of the conversation I wished him well and a happy new year. If youre going to bring your print to this shop just know that they dont guarantee anything, and youre dropping your product off at your own risk.

Boy did I do a project that was bigger then what I expected. Levon helped me so much by sceen printing my mom blanket. During this pandemic my mom felt alone. But now with the help of Levon and Terry my 86 year old mom won't feel alone or cold. She can wrap the blanket around her knowing. That her 7 children 24 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren are with her always. NO WORDS can express the help that Levon and Terry did for me. they will have my business forever.
