They are full of it, customer service sucks I could go on and on. The owner will never return a call even after many attempts to get problem solved. "DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR MASTER MARINE." Save yourself the trouble, the time and your money.
We are transporters and we were treated badly. We were supposed to pick a customers trailer on Friday . They didn't put on the slide topper that was paid for by the customer. They blatantly lied and tried to say that we rushed them . They open at 8:00 and didn't have the trailer cleaned. They didnt like me taking pictures for the customer. They cursed at me . They used the f word at me . I'm sixty years old and I don't appreciate that kind of language . The fact is they didn't care about their customer or the transporter. They didn't care about our timeline . They wouldn't accept responsibility for anything . We were literally stuck in the crossfire. Good luck if you have to deal with them .
We would definitely recommend purchasing an RV from Outdoor living. The knowledge and expertise were greatly appreciated, especially as first-time owners. We spent over 3 hours on our walk-through getting all the ins and outs of our new camper. Our salesman, David, knew we had a lot of questions and even set up a meeting with his top service guy, Cory, to help answer our questions.
Casper Kaspersky helped us out when we visited. He was very helpful and quite patient with us as he explained in detail the answers to our questions. Best construction, best type of roofing material, common configurations. Casper was very knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience.

Brought RV in for quote to repair some damage. 7 days later and 5 phone calls and still no quote. Way too many RV dealerships around for bad service. You would think a small ma and pa dealer like this would know that. Won't be going back or recommend to others.
