One of the Worst customer service experience I encountered with a black own business ....sweatsuits was embroidered I mean butchered then the owner was very unbothered and seem like it was all our fault that the stitches were jacked up..blamed they wrong doing on the Spanish worker (who doesn't speak English from what was told...Yes we came to a agreement of reimbursement but even then the thought of doing business with them WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.....

Experience with these guys was absolutely horrible. Had many delays with my order which is fine but there was absolutely no communication unless I called and texted constantly to get a hold of someone. When I went to finally pick up my order I was told to take my stuff and go. A person hangout out in the back threatened me and got in my face because I referred to another employee as his boss I was asked to wait outside for the rest of my order because the other guy forgot 2 of my hats that I purchased. P.s their machine put a whole in 3 of my 30 hats and I was given to refund for the destroyed items.

I decided to have a shirt embroidered here. I stopped by during normal business hours and there was no one in the shop and no one answered the phone when I called the number posted on the door. When I stopped by a second time someone assisted me and assured me that I would be able to pick my order up in 3 days. When I came to pick up my order on the agreed date there was no one in the shop and when I called I was told that I would have to wait for 30 min until someone could come back to the shop. When I received my order the work was average for the amount that I paid. This shop also advertises that they screen print, but they only offer embroidery.
