This place has the worst customer service. We have literally been waiting over a year for warranty work to get done on out $8,000 play system. Every time we call we get the run around. Eddie has said he will get it done for over a year. All they care about it sales and not service. We have left messages over and over and they simply refuse to fix our system. We really cant believe they would treat their customers like this.

I am the manager of the store you bought your BGE charcoal at. I have been trying to reach you to make good on your bag of charcoal you said was pulverized. Unfortuntely the phone number & address you gave us on your invoice were both no good. We've been selling BGE for a couple of years and I personally use it too, this is the first I have ever had someone complain. If you contact me I will discuss this with you and come up with a solution.

Bought some natural lump charcoal for my big green egg from here. Did get to using it for about a month only to find that the charcoal was pretty much pulverized into little pieces. Won't buy from here again.

From searching to the picking the playground we wanted for our children, Debbie was so patient and communicated with us clearly. She was knowledgeable in the prices and the playgrounds. She called after the setup of the playground and wanted to know how the build went. The best experience and buy I have had for my children.

Posted that the company addressed our concerns too soon. A representative came out a couple months back, but our netting has still not been replaced and we haven't heard anything.
