Hello Ms. Carlson. I am so sorry to hear about your experience at our store. Our GM made multiple attempts (left messages) to reach out to you and resolve this. We understand your concerns and we want to assure this was an honest mistake. Our entire store is paid on salary and therefore there are NO employees that earn an income on commission. As a result, no one is motivated to oversell or recommend things that are not needed. We focus on our customers and only recommend what the car actually needs and we let the customer decided what they want to do. I know our team communicated this to you in the store and we also refunded your money. We hope you will accept our apology and consider us in the future. Customer experience is very important to us! I purchased a mazada 3 eleven months ago from Bill Knight Ford. I was told at the time of purchase that Bill Knight did not work on Mazada's, so i have allowed Nelson Mazada in Tulsa, Ok to maintain the scheduled maintenance. Today, i took my car in for an oil change and was told I needed an engine tune up. I was very puzzled because I had that completed at Nelson Mazada when my vehicle reached 75,000 miles as recommended and paid over $550 to have this completed back in May 2021. I asked to speak to the technician to see why he would recommend the engine tuneup and was denied and told the technicians are to busy to speak with customers. I then raised the issue of his recommendation and what did I actually pay for(engine tuneup) in May. I ask to speak with the service manager and she(Jenny) gave another lame excuse. And Geoff began to take ownership of the miscommunication. I don't trust them and will be having my car inspected to see if any of the almost $2000 worth of work i had done since November 2020 has actually been completed. Nelson Mazada gained my trust, but now i am finding out they are very deceptive. I am a woman who knows very little about cars! It appears that i have been swindled out of money because i am nor knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience with Nelson Mazda Tulsa, largely due to the help I received from my Client Advisor, Bernard. I currently live in TN, but with the car market being so crazy, I chose to expand my search much further than TN. I was online and found out that the exact car I wanted was at this Tulsa location, so I used the online chat feature to connect with a sales rep. I connected with Bernard through chat that morning, talked to him over the phone that afternoon, and had a deposit secured on the car by the same night. Bernard was so efficient and GREAT at communicating with me/keeping me updated. This was the first car I've ever bought, and he made the process absolutely seamless, especially considering that we never even met in-person until the day I went to pick up my car. A few days after putting the deposit down, I flew in from TN to OK to pick up my car. I was really impressed by how well kept and up-to-date this dealership was as soon as I walked in. I was given a great overview of my car when I arrived, and everyone who I interacted with was very kind. I am SO glad that I chose to expand my car search to get exactly what I wanted instead of settling for another car closer to home. It was a joy getting to work with this team -- I highly recommend buying your next car here!
