It was the worst experience ever in my life Ive been around the world on every hotel that you can imagine Ive never experienced something like this ever in my life when doorman didnt even give me a chance to pay my driver he couldnt wait to move us with the worst attitude that You can ever imagine He basically try to make money somehow Because thats how most doorman in New York City hotels act specially with drivers like if you dont pay you not allowed to stay in the loading zone. so I had to check out the next day after I was planning to stay there for 10 days I had to go out and look for a different hotel which I moved to the four seasons A couple blocks away totally different treatment High quality of service and the rooms are comparable. this hotel has the worst rooms ever that you can imagine size is very very small and uncomfortable. and the worst worst part is the bathtub was dirty when we checked in So imagine what kind of holiday vacation I experienced because of this hotel I dont advise anyone to use it and lets not talk about the price which my brother supposed to check in next day which is the day that we checked out from the hotel and they still charge him a full day rates over $800 even we never use it. it was the worst experience ever I dont advise anyone to use this hotel. Bad people what sucked me is I dont know how come there is a lot of good Rating in Google which I think theyre buying it. hiring a company to make them look good so When Peoplet read a good comments about them online they will use their services. .
