I made an appointment to come test drive a car. Upon arrival I found out I never had an appointment and I drove an hour and a half for no reason. Amber Miller frustrated me so bad with not only wasting my time and gas but scheduling me an appointment to test drive something that wasn't even there and had not been there for days. If she would have done her proper job verifying that the car was available she would have noticed it wasn't. I will head on over to Don Carlton.

Went in for Honda recall and the collision mitigation system looked at. Had an 11am appointment when we got there we also agreed to have oil change and tire rotation as they were trying to up sale it (I can respect that) The vehicle needed it so why not. Well 3 hours of waiting and our vehicle still haven't been touched. When asked all they said was sorry we behind. When we mentioned about taking it somewhere else they said oh your next in line. I had to go to work with vehicle still not being touched and the wife (whice took day off of work) had to wait. Called and attempted to talk with Randall but he didn't answer or return my call. Service was finally done. Definitely will not be back for service or honestly to purchase another vehicle from them. Definitely will let other people know.

My service advisor Philip Nash is awesome! However, the arbitrary shop fee that is charged by corporate and not told to you until you come to pick up gets more and more expensive every time I take my car in for service. Today I had a transmission fluid change, rotor resurfacing, and oil change, all of which I was charged for, but then was charged an additional $39 for shop supplies. I can understand $10 or $15 if youre trying to offset some cost, but when youre charging me an additional almost $40 that isnt quoted as part of the service just doesnt feel right or create a pleasant experience.
