Painful experience with the service department. Needed to replace a bumper on my van. Poor communication on timeframes (initially encouraged to leave van in after inspection even though parts ultimately took 2 months to arrive). Then when having dropped off was informed part needed painting, so more money and no van for 2 extra weeks. Then i pickup and the parking sensor error hadnt been reset. Avoid.
Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Unless you have to. Many times had bad experience with them. Last time I was there. I had to shout .because everyone would say different story..
We have had an amazing experience at Palmers Peugeot Watford and have been dealing with them for a little over three years. Ola (our sales rep) has helped us with our two cars over the years and both experiences were super pleasant. We look forward to dealing with them in the coming years too!
I purchased my new car from here and the service and attention to detail was superb.
