UNRELIABLE I booked an appointment at ismash because I smashed the front of my screen, I went in they told me the service was broken on it and I couldnt make calls or connect to Wi-Fi and It was unfixable, he showed me the phone without new screen on it and told me it was behind the camera that was chipped causes the service problem they said it would cost way more than just buying a new phone to get it fixed. Then I went into Alitechs in Shawlands and he said the phone was fully workable but its was a chip at my SIM card area thats broken and can be fixed for only 30 and I am able to still use Wi-Fi on it. Im unsure the guy even opened it up because If he did he would know what the real problem was or there just really bad at their jobs.

Broken screen was replaced and phone looks in brand new condition, everything working perfectly within 1.5 hours. Very professional and friendly staff.

Whatever u do, please do not go to this store, I went to get a battery replacement for my samsung galaxy s8 but they never replaced the battery the first time. I claimed the warranty they gave me and tried to get it replaced a second time by them but they still never replaced it. The business wont reply to my emails or pick up the phone. The business is a scam so please do not go here
