The customer service is abysmal/ non-existent. I purchased a product on online with a discount code, their website froze/ had a glitch, and it dropped the coupon and charged me the full price. When I called to have the discount taken off manually, they said they couldnt do it. Then, they said I could return the products, but at MY expense. Unacceptable customer service. There are WAY too many amazing skin care companies out there that have excellent service, so dont waste your time, energy or money on this place.

Very friendly people. Love the Building. Especially the big glass doors. Near great dining Fine dining for every budget. Movie theater. Great put door areA to eat. Food trucks ad well as restaurants are near. Business areA. Kid friendly. Pet park close by.

Horrible customer service. Multiple issues with an order and several extremely deceptive reps. Im not sure if corporate penalizes their reps for resolutions that result in returns, but my complaint was handled by 3 reps who outride lies and did not properly note my account. I spend around $1000 a year at Murad but can no longer give them my business or use their products because of such poor customer service.
