I just moved in 1 month ago and I really enjoy the place, commute, neighborhood, view of the park and great restaurants around. Building is is great condition as well as the apt I am and the others I saw before, highly recommended.
Regardless off all the benefits this place has to offer there is a nonstop construction for the last 5 years. Not only do not expect any discounts, but there will be a rent and crease upon completion of construction to all tenants. So I will think twice before renting an apartment in this building. UPDATE 2022 The apartment rental in Stonehenge is definitely not a good idea. Construction with jack hammering transmitted all over the building via concrete walls (10+ years now) still active, despise that rental price continued to increase. Use of amenities restricted, but do not expect the credit in your rent although it is part of it. If you have a car, nothing can be placed next to it in the garage, instead you are forced to rent a small size storage box in-building at much higher price compared to neighbored storage's. Your car will need a wash every 2-3 days, garage was never cleaned since 1969 when building was erected. Amount of dust there is unbelievable. Parking itself is weird too, you might be assigned the place where the car next to you will be 5 inches away (you are not compensated if your car is scratched unless you sue the building, insurance does not cover private parking). You are not allowed to place anything on the terrace except a chair. The residents common area with TV is no longer free to use. You have to "book" it and pay for it. Management sends questionable warnings to all tenants like "...do not slam toilet seats, you are disturbing your neighbors" and many others. The only "innovation" that is useful, is that management allows early lease termination to avoid multiple law suits...
