Paddle board arrived damaged. Contacted Customer Service to find out my options. The only option offered was for me to pay $350 shipping to return the board and 10% restocking fee. I have a new board with a dent and crack. Very disappointed.
Super friendly service, nice rental fleet of boards, awesome selection of SUPs in their huge store! We will definitely rent from them again (besides, their pricing is more reasonable than others)! I'd also come back when I'm ready to purchase.
Unfortunately, I must amend my review upon receipt of my product. Before I purchased my board I spoke with Patrick. He confirmed in writing that I would be receiving the Sol Shine 2018/19 board, with the sun rays on the deck. The advertisement on the website also showed a photo of the 2018/19 board and listed that it would come with a fiberglass paddle. When I received my product I received a 2017 board and an aluminum paddle. It appeared very haphazardly thrown in to a box. The Shine was in a paddle bag for the Sol Train. I have reached out to have this situation remedied and will be happy to update this review after information is received from the company. In the meantime, I am very frustrated that I did not receive the product I saw on the website and received confirmation that I would receive.
