Since eight years I'm asking Ventura Associates for help about flood from backyard to my house .Lot 411.Water destroying my fundation and my nice looking epoxy floor is badly damaged.In eight years Ventura didn't made a single step to improve backyard flood water flow.I'm sure that this is not right way to serve maitance service.I'm asking again.How long I have to wait for fix this problem .Should I take Ventura to court ,asking senator office for help or just simple post at You Tube video ?

I've seen a lot of Home Owner Association club houses before but this has got to be the best. Check out their website and look for yourself. They have 3 pools, excessive equipment, sauna's, bar, ballroom, game room, a huge centralized fire place with pleasant and abundant seating as you enter the building. There is a roof covering the drive up drop off to protect you from rain or snow. It really has everything and it's available for rent though slots fill up quickly.
