I had 4 Nike Golf Shirts delivered to Cover Up for embroidering our Family Golf Tournament Logo and our names on the shirts. The shirts cost $75.00 each at Golf Galaxy. Cover Up completed 3 of the shirts okay but ruined the 4th. A woman who identified herself as a "Half Owner" answered the phone when I called. Cover Up put a Name Patch that looks more like a Gas Station Name Tag than embroidery on the shirt to "Cover Up" the tear they made in the shirt while sewing in the name. I explained that this was unacceptable. The "Half Owner" stated, and I quote "Accidents happen!" and refused to even discuss the problem any further. I cannot recommend this company for anything.

I am so disappointed, as a local business owner, I wanted to keep my business in town and support a local business. But when you pay premium prices you would expect to get what you ask for. Not the case here, I specifically showed the owner on a shirt and I specified in an email that I wanted to get some names on the back of the t shirts that ran across the upper qss shoulders right under the collar and wanted it as full as we could get them, meaning big and bold so it would stand out. Instead I got small letters and in the middle of the back nothing close to what I asked for. And all I got from the owner was well that's not how we normally do them. Ummm.. A word of advice take the time to listen to your customers and try to understand what they are asking for because some times people don't want normal or the ordinary. Some of us are looking to be original or are wanting something different. And for what I was charged that should not have been an issue. Sorry but I would not recommend anyone to this place. You can go out of town and pay half for the same quality of work and actually get what you ask for.

Hands down the best screen printing/printing shop in Utah. I drive from Ogden area to do business with cover up. Very friendly very professional and the absolute best prices around. Always ready to help with any questions you might have. They truly make every experience an amazing one.

Great place for personalized promotional items such as T-shirts, ball caps, market bags, etc. Great service, fair prices, and super helpful staff. They do our Farmers Market T-shirts and they look great. Specialty is embroidery... top notch.

I contacted this business to make 3 shirts for me which were to be a gift for my grandchildren as they are to be big sister. They told me that it would be 7-10 days I gave them an image I liked and they assured me that they could do that. So instead of ordering them online I decided to try and support this local business. Which was a HUGE mistake, the communication through the 10 days was very little through email. They sent me an image to approve which was not even close to what I had asked for but because of time frame I thought we would make it work, I asked if they could change color but of course no response so I thought ok lets go with it. Did not hear from them so I emailed Friday they said they were going to have them done that day. I heard nothing from them so I called Monday they said they were done so I went to pick them up and they looked terrible the newborn was blurry the little sister image did not fit right on shirt. The customer service rep acted as she did not care and admitted they just did them that morning and it did not work. Very dissatisfied and truly regret not just ordering online. Customer service was terrible and no apologies were even given she acted as if she could care less.
