Hi Jesse, regarding of the issue of photo quality, I thought we've came up to an agreement that it would be blurry since the photo provided was not a high res. file, and we actually printed out a sample for you to preview the print out quality. We won't make it to final print without customer's agreement, if we know that the print out quality won't be good. And in this case, we got your approval to print this file. If you're not satisfied with the design, we're more than happy to work around with you in order to get what you needed, but really can't make a blurred photo to be a high resolution print out. The studio worked with me in order to get the design I needed. However, they put no effort beyond that in terms of picture quality. The picture came out blurry and I suggested a smaller size and was told it would work out. The finished product was still blurry and no alternative was offered. I was handed a blurry picture. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money.

They should not have blamed the client for their failure to e-demonstrate the samples clearly. It is essential to let the client know the exact product that the client will receive beforehand. For example, they charge $50+ for a small piece of rider but send the client the whole picture of the rider and the other big part which can cause big confusion and misleading. However, I am glad that they try to make it up.
