First of all its same family business from last 40 years , same management !! And its just a basic manners that once your transaction ends at register all you have to do is move aside so cashier can take next customer , you cant occupy front for all day long , there are more customers are waiting behind you !! Floorama on Graham avenue in Williamsburg is under new management The new guy has very poor customer service skills. After he takes your money he tries to rush you out of the store To get to the next customer Which leads me to believe that he is desperate for monies. If this new guy keeps up this rude impulsive behavior he will not be successful and become a stain on the record of the beloved by many patrons prior owners who owned and operated floorama for many years before him and had excellent customer skills !!!
