Hi Stacey, We are sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory. As discussed, the price of the move quoted did not change from the original quote six weeks ago. The additional cost was due to added services of weather sealing the playset and the removal of the concrete footers in addition to adding soil to fill the voided areas. We did offer to continue with the original bid price to move without the additional services which you declined. I do apologize for the confusion however we cannot add additional services without adjusting the quote accordingly. We wish you all the best.

I had a terrible experience with owner and manager of this company. I was quoted a general price to remove and reinstall at a different home. Then once we were ready to remove the playset, it was way more than quoted....I would have never put it up in the first place and waited to save money. The owner was not upfront in the beginning and even though she felt there was a misunderstanding, she continually spoke over me on the phone, apologized but said it was on my nickel. Very disheartened with the interaction that I had with the lady owner and manager. I will not use this company and highly recommend you go somewhere else for your business, because the problem resolution skills of this owner and manager are very poor and you are guaranteed to pay for it!

I would highly recommend Leisure Installs! They installed a 10x12 Yardistry cedar gazebo and did the concrete footers under my pavers to anchor it. They are extremely responsive over email and answered all my questions prior to me easily booking and paying using their online system. The installers did an amazing job, were on time, professional and completed the project in less time then estimated. All pricing is super transparent and I could not be happier with the job they did!

It took a few days to coordinate set up and I was scared they werent legit but they finally showed up at put our playset together in 5 hours! The directions said 10-15 hours for 2 people so we were pleasantly surprised how quick they put it up. Definitely will use them again and recommend to all our friends and family.
