The front desk lady is rude as well as the lady at the pick up desk. Dr. Pruitt was ok. He prescribe the wrong contact lenses, I had to go back and get different ones. Then it took almost TWO months until I got my 6 month contact supply. Its my first time using contacts and the contacts that were given to me are not even labeled (different prescription for each eye). Every time I called to get an update on my contact order I would get told that they should be in by the next day and that was not the case. Please dont waste your time coming here!!!!

This place is crazy. The lady up front is so rude. This is the 2nd appointment we have had there and the lady up front always has a nasty attitude, the lady with the crazy hair thats never brushed. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone especially not children! Shes so rude its actually kind of scary, we walked out of our appointment today because of her attitude and will be finding a new eye doctor!

Dr. Pruitt is excellent but his staff at the front is very rude and inconsiderate. Had to call them to make sure that they send the claim in to Humana Vision Department and had a phone number to give to her, oh I know the number to call, well apparently they don't because I have $0 copay for what they are charging me for and I will not pay it until they get it submitted to the proper channel, and they better get it right. I love the doctor but he needs courteous and patient staff at the front end of the office as they are the ones that interact the most with the patients.
