Joseph, I am sorry for the confusion. The 500 I has been made as the TS500 I Cut-Off Machine for a few years now. The chainsaw MS500 I is so new it is not even in our latest Stihl pricebook yet. They are just coming available in the states and only at as very limited basis. We have to be on a waiting list to actually get one. Only one in our terrritory has been sold. When you called we thought you meant the TS 500 I which we do have in stock. Again I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Bill

Not only did they not have the saw that I called two times to confirm they had. But when I went to pick up said saw that they didn't have the guy I told me that the model I was looking for didn't exist. Which was false.
They are unprofessional, disrespectful and untrustworthy. I brought in a steering cylinder off my Kubota tractor to have them replace the seals. Dave, the mechanic said it would take him 1 hr. Four days later he finally returned my calls and said that someone had taken the cylinder apart and scratched the inside of the cylinder. I told him I am the original owner and the cylinder was never opened. I drove to the shop and talked with Dave. He said I could buy a new cylinder for $300. I asked to see the scratches in the cylinder and he got very upset and started yelling at me. I told him the only time the cylinder was opened was in his shop. He tried to show me the scratches, but I didn't see any. I took the part to another mechanic who said that there was nothing wrong with the cylinder. He replaced the seals and the tractor works great. I will never go back. They tried sell me a $300 part that I didn't need.
It has been many years (decades actually) since I first purchased my 8 hp Ariens. I have used Bill's Power Center whenever I have needed service on my snowblower. The employees are always very polite and professional even during peak times when you couldn't really blame them if they did seem a bit rushed. They are very honest and don't try to inflate the costs of their repairs. As a woman, I especially appreciate their honesty and integrity because they don't try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding my snowblower. I really like this business and would recommend it to anyone.
Surprised that they still had my Craftsman mower with the lousey Briggs engine. It was there more than a month. They wanted more than $200 to fix a mower that I paid $325 dollars for about 6 years ago. Only reason I did not buy a Honda was the cost because I never planned to use it very much. I have a John Deere with a 54" deck. Good luck with anything that is not Honda or John Deere. I had a Honda for about 20 years but gave it to my daughter.
