Gloria, I do apologize, when you called I was rounding up two dogs for the groomers. You asked how much for aprons and it was between $6 and $60, the high end are professional grade. You asked about how I charge for embroidery, the variable here is how large the names were to be, as well as quantity and this is where the pricing difference is. I'm sorry you weren't happy. you were on a deadline and were acting as go between on a rush order. The parameters of the job weren't clear and there were changes as I was heading out to a Memorial Service for a friend. I was willing to work with you to get the sample to your specifications, and to give you a discount of some of the setup but apparently that wasn't satisfactory. Have a great day.

Have done a few orders with Ken and he is very good at what he does. I have had hats made with him for our small business and will now be ordering Jackets from him. His pricing is very reasonable and his turnaround time is almost impossible to beat! Highly recommend!

John, the last call I got today was a barber, I gave a quote for that one, the call prior was for a Cap then it became 6 caps, I gave a quote on that one, the one before that was for some jackets, I quoted that one. The one before that was for a golf bag, I quoted that one. If one of those was yours you may wish to check your messages. Thank you
