Hi there, Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your fundraiser. We want to research this more because the minimum profit on 1000 items sold of any of our products is at least 50% profit plus free shipping. What product did you sell? Cookie Dough, Popcorn, Auntie Anne's Pretzels??? Perhaps there was a mistake on our end by one of our sales reps. We want to fix this for you and find out what went wrong. We take pride our customer service and have been helping groups raise money for over 25 years. Please call us at the office M-F at 888.212.1344 and well take care of this right away. Again, you should have earned at least 50% profit. You can see our profit chart for instance for cookie dough, at https://www.abcfundraising.com/cookie-dough-fundraiser - You would never earn 10% profit unless you were well under the minimum order size of 100 tubs. But you mention that you sold 1000s of products so you should have received 50% profit or more.

This was a joke we sold over 1000 products and they gave these babies pennies on the dollar!! Not even 10% SMH you all should be ashamed of yourself!! Those were donations to get them to Washington they waisted 3 wks and all that energy for $100!!! NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE ORDERING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF STUFF IT AINT WORTH IT!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE!!

Hi Jennifer we are sorry you feel that your experience with ABC Fundraising was worthy of leaving a 1 star review. Our goal is always to have happy and satisfied customers with successful fundraisers. Unfortunately, according to UPS, the order was initially delivered to the apartment complex main office as the person from your PTA who placed the order did not give their apartment number when the order was placed. It is still currently under an investigation by UPS to determine what happened. Even though this was delivered on time by UPS, we still resent your order at our own expense immediately after you let us know, so your fundraiser would be a success and the people who ordered the flower bulbs could receive them. We let you know that the order was redelivered and you seemed happy with the resolution. We asked you to remove the 1 star review here because it does not accurately and completely report the issue you had. We did not lose the order as you claim. It was a simply case of an apartment number not being given, and as a result, UPS misdelivering. We did our best to resolve the issue immediately and satisfactorily and it seemed you felt happy with the resolution when we spoke on the phone. We are disappointed that we didnt achieve 100% resolution and satisfaction for you and your group, as that is most important to us.

I just wanted to share a warning with everyone: our elementary PTA initiated a fundraiser for flower bulbs and seeds through ABC Fundraising and have had a TERRIBLE time with the company. Lost fliers, product not delivered, horrible customer service, the works. Were working to get a refund for our kids and its a mess. NEVER use ABC Fundraising!

Thanks ABC, my team had a great Popcorn fundraiser. I really liked the Web Store and the fact we could share a link with our supporters (also that I didnt have to calculate cash and checks). Loved the donation feature on your stores, got donations from family out of state! 3500 in Popcorn sales and 1400 in donations. Our best fundraiser yet. We will be back and do a Web Store again. I had a great experience with ABC fundraising company! I mistakenly forgot to add a popcorn and I contacted them and Jaime Came to my aid and without hesitation took care of me!The popcorn products were yummy and the bags were a good size! I will definitely use them in the future for fundraising for my home daycare! I like their professionalism and promptness of our products being delivered! Thanks ABC and Jamie
