Terrible customer service. Got dried mango that was so leathery tough and sour that it was unedible. I wish I didn't try as it broke my tooth. Not even an apology from the shop. Really shocking service.

Great variety of products but I'd recommend the Ecolarder if you are looking to be package free and more sustainable with the basics. The veg is loose here but the grains and other products are wrapped. I didnt see any refill options on my visits.
We are sorry if you feel the shop floor manager did not handle this situation appropriately. Her intention was not to be rude, but to convey that the member of staff serving you was on their first day and therefore not yet equipped to help you with your particular query, but that she would be there to help you as soon as she had finished serving the customer she was dealing with at the time. As a small business, we do understand the importance of personal customer service, and are saddened that you feel differently.

Terrible customer service. "Manager" was rude, condescending and refused to acknowledge she was in the wrong for mistreating and disrespecting a regular customer. She actually told me that I was "rude" even though I was politely asking in a calm and courteous way. In fact, even the customers waiting in line behind me acknowledged that I was the one 100% in the right and she was the one blatantly in the wrong. Given the sheer number of customer service complaints from other customers on google and beyond, its no surprise that even many of my friends and everyone else I talk to, who love the selection of products on offer are refusing to enter this place ever again. The "manager" should be ashamed of herself and I certainly believe that the real owner of this establishment would also be wary of hiring someone who can't even deliver the most basic of customer service. P.S. Even ASDA has more friendly and welcoming service than this place. You're better ordering the same products online, amazon.co.uk along with Amazon prime makes it so that you're paying for cheaper produce without dealing with the terrible "customer service" this place has to offer. === AVOID AT ALL COSTS ===
