On our website and in our google listing it says to call for appointment before coming in. Especially in times of covid most businesses want you to schedule an appointment. I called you back that day and left you a voicemail but you did not return the call. Call me so I can actually fix your computer. Please remove this review it does nothing but make having a business in these tough times even harder.

I don't like posting reviews on companies I didnt receive a full service from but my experience was so unprofessional I have to. I inquired with this store due to all the good reviews but was sorely shocked at the customer service. Extremely rude and patronizing. Demands I bring him a $150 deposit in cash before even looking at the computer and when asked why gave a nasty reply. The attitude was so sour I unfortunately had to look elsewhere.
