i USED THEM AND I WAS PROMISED FOR THE PRICE I WOULD HAVE MY GOODS ON SATURDAY THEY FURTHER WENT ON TO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE AND NOW I AM WITHOUT PRODUCT OR MEANS TO GET OTHER PRODUCTS TO REPLACE IT.
Awful company, over complected ordering process expensive prices and no sense of time, after 12 days of taking my order it was still not agreed and they wanted to "chase me" to approve what i already asked for and paid for. I had to cancel my order and find another service that does not treat clients so badly. ordered 4 items can only see 2 and no record of the 2 hours i spend trying to work their ordering site. and then they dare to say they are E-commerce winners. well if the competition is to alienate and annoy your clients then yes, your site is the best for that. arrogant member of staff condescending over the phone treating clients like we are stupid is very inductive of the prevailing (fail culture) of this stupid backward thinking company.
