Ordered Mothers Day flowers, really disappointed - I know flowers may need to be substituted but ours looked nothing like the website. Almost every flower was substituted and there was no greenery. I tried to contact florist, but never heard back, would have been better going to a supermarket.
I picked up some flowers on November 13th for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the roses were dead and the rest of the flowers looked lost in the vase. Interflora gave me half my money back as the flowers only lasted a couple of days not good. The vase was cracked and it looked liked it had been glued so the water fell out.
