Had a great experience at the store and may return if we ever go back to California. Ordering online is a whole other experience. I placed an order, received a confirmation email and an email from Gideon. All was good. Three weeks go by with no communication, no tracking, no expected ship date. I sent an email just asking what the status was and an expected ship date. I was not angry. A few hours later I get a refund no communication, no sorry we don't have that item in stock, no hey it will be a little while longer. Super disappointed and so is my daughter who really enjoyed your store.

Im from Texas and it was my first time getting some of their gear. Great brand. VERY comfortable. GREAT fit. Stylish. The glow in the dark options are super cool as well. Meeting Jim at Cali Strong was great and I look forward to coming back! You can tell when youre in the right place. I definitely get that feel being there.
