I decided to re do my 5 star review because I was only treated kind when I was 1st purchasing my glasses but then when I had a problem with them or didn't like the frames they weren't so nice. So as long as they're getting your money they're nice but if you have to come back for any reason they have a whole different attitude. I am still not satisfied with my glasses. I love the frames and the glasses themselves but I was told I can not add anti glare because I didn't tell them at 1st so now I have to just deal with a glare all day long. I'm new to glasses so I did not understand everything at 1st. That's okay though I'll just go to another eye glass store next time. Won't be back to this one since they only want to help when they're making a sale.

One star only because the doctors are great. The rest of the staff lack communication and are incompetent. You have to check back with them to see when your eyeglasses are ready. Ive had multiple times when my glasses or my kids glasses have been just sitting there. ALWAYS an excuse too. Third strike- Im not using them for frames or lenses anymore.

This is my second year going to this facility, and they have been real nice and welcoming. The doctors are great at explaining things and just overall a pleasure. Thank you ladies for the wonderful service! 10/10 recommend.
