I spent $2000 on my initial order with 10% of the shirts having issues. Andy promised a discount on my 2nd batch of shirts. I asked for an identical batch of shirts as I needed more for my company but this time less on quantity, roughly $500. Andy did not perform an identical batch of shirts instead he made the design to his liking and told me it looked good and didmt need changing. When I expressed to him that I was not happy and these are not identical shirts and I would not give these out nor use these shirts he looked at me like I was being ridiculous and laughed at me out of his store saying he " Is not help me or reprint the shirts" Andy is the take your money and run type of business man who does not stand behind his products when there are any flaws. I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company if they plan on having their logos look good and reputable. Lastly the shirts that Andy decided to use for the entire order are a very poor quality and are starting to fall apart 3 to 4 months later. I would definitely give this company 0 stars out of 10

I was looking to shop locally for embroidery services and Erick was GREAT! He did some really nice jackets for my business as Christmas gifts. All the employees were so impressed. Erick was professional and so easy to deal with. He was very open about the process & was so helpful with pick up and delivery. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you Erick! I will definitely use Erick's Printing & Design again!
