We meet on-site to review the damage and offered to help with the repair. But we would not take full responsibility for a new driveway cracking when our smallest truck drove on it. We placed the dumpster where it was requested to be placed and when we removed the container the driveway did crack in the middle near a joint. We are sorry that this happened but we can not control a situation like this.

Currently trying to find out if damages caused to property are going to be taken care of , its been over a month to get any answers , it took over three weeks to get Dustin the fiield manager to come to the home to review damages they made and currently still don't have a resolution . Waiting to see if Elite Waste Service will pay for damages they caused as any responsible business will do in Raleigh NC. I will keep this up to date with the resolution and what the out come shall be. Photos coming

One of your trucks cut me off on my commute to work this morning (12.22.2017 / 7:35am) going down rt 55 in Apex, right by the Harris Teeter. Luckily I was driving in the right lane and had sidewalk to drive on. This could have been a serious accident, and it is unfortunate that this seems to be a common occurrence since there is another review stating the same thing. I hope there isn't any damage to my tires, I couldn't see the truck license plate once it passed me, but I took a picture of them at the next light. Please have your drivers be more careful!!

My neighbor used this company and one of their trucks accidentally backed into my yard. The general manager Rob was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation. He even came out to my house to fix the problem himself by putting out grass seed. He went above and beyond by bringing by a hanging basket and card. Because of his professionalism I'm completely satisfied with how this issue played out.
