I appreciate the review but what I don't like is dishonest customers who lie about cracks on their dashboard that where already there before I even started the job to try to get a lower price. I knocked off some money on the price because I took your word because I thought maybe it happened by me but after I received my phone back and watched the how to video that I was making for my YouTube channel I realized the cracks on your dashboard were already there. I gave you a deal and you were dishonest

I recently got radio work done, my microphone didn't work attempted to call and visit several times with no response. The work was done great, but from my experience once you get the work done don't expect any customer service. I really hate leaving bad reviews but if you want a great deal, but if something goes wrong don't expect it to get fixed its just something you will have to live with. Not sure how to reply to your response I wasn't dishonest at all about the process but im not going to argue about this issue if you'd like to contact me directly you have my number, if you can post a link to your video id gladly like to see how my dash was damaged before this installation.

Wow thanks for your review but your receiver has to have a clear line of sight. Im sure 100 percent of remote starters have a receiver on the front windshield. Thats where its supposed to go. Viper is low quality??? You were charged $300 for a remote starter, immobilizer bypass and labor. You would've paid more then that with the vehicle you have any where else. Its always your own people but thanks anyway.

Low end car started installed into my car now I have receiver sticking on my windshield. The cost of the starter was low and I got charged about 8x the cost of the starter. Extremely high prices for low quality products.

Was able to work on my car in an emergency situation. I thought it was over for my car but he was able to get it up and running again. Great job. Highly recommended

For the person who stated "This business won't last long at all with that type of work" should have kept that negative comment to himself because I know for sure that he takes pride in every job he performs and the great quality of work he does speaks for itself!! CJ is multi TALENTED so he will ALWAYS be in business regardless of how the market changes!! He is fast, reliable and he will never try to get over on you. If you want it done right the first time, then CJ Car Audio and Video is the place to go. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK :)
