Very slow to process claims. First one was processed incorrectly. Asked to expedite it and stated Resubmission would take a minimum of 30 days even though it was their error. Very uncaring company. Only concerned about getting your money and seeing how they can provide minimum to no coverage. Also very difficult to find providers who will accept this insurance company because they are so bad.

My friend was hospitalized under this insurance and got a big bill from the hospital to pay. What's the use in having insurance if the company doesn't pay, yet take alot out of your pay. Beware of this insurance!

More than half the paperwork I send to their fax machine never reaches my file. They closed an appeal without notifying me. They require a "pregnancy pre-authorization" from my doctor before they will cover any hospital procedures, such as labor and delivery. Which they have now failed to receive and acknowledge, twice. They are very creative in their business model of denying claims.
