The quality of their work was good, pricing okay. In the three times I have used them, their customer service was hit-or-miss. Counter help was spotty. Most of all, they didn't seem to care whether I used them again or not, which is unusual for a promotional merchandise company. I had hoped they would be happy to see me come through the door, but no.

By far the worst customer service I've ever had, this is obviously a local owned business the manager was extremely rude she was yelling at her employees. I paid upfront and the customer service was extremely bad, I will not be coming back
