Tried Shirt Agency twice. The first order went great! If it was just that one order I would've given this place 5 stars but after my most recent order experience I would not recommend this place for screenprinting to anyone. My recent order had over 1/3 of the shirts misprinted on shirts that I provided. One of the screens was not aligned properly and there was a "drift" in that layer of ink that would just get worse and worse as I went down each stack of shirts. (in batches of 10-12). So the top shirt would be printed fine then as you go down the stack that one ink layer would just move further up the shirt. Why isn't the printer looking over the shirts as they print them? Why would they handle customer provided blanks with such disregard? It took a week to get any reply about it even though I sent emails with pictures and texts to the agent I was working with. Finally I get a call to talk about the issue. I was given a lot of excuses that made no sense to the issue I had. Finally it was revealed that they hadn't even seen the pictures or bothered to ask. To this day I'm still not certain the pictures were ever actually looked at. Seeing as they ruined 1/3rd of the shirts I had purchased and provided them they told me the best they can do is offer a discount on reprinting. No compensation for the shirts they ruined. I had to accept as I was in a time crunch to get these done. I get the re-prints in and they look significantly darker than the previous batch. I saw that they decided to put in a black ink layer for some reason. (Again, I believe it's because they never took the time to actually understand the issue or review the pictures I provided). This was never discussed and so technically this entire reprint was misprinted already. But it gets worse. The "drift" issue was still present and this time on the black ink layer they decided to add in. They're now moving locations and they told me that "this is the best we can do before the move." Absolutely unacceptable level of service and attention to detail.
I had tried to correspond with someone there and had a question regarding a quote that i was given and was completely ignored for 2 weeks. I decided to call and the salesperson who answered wanted to make excuses for the lack of contact with a customer. He offered me no option to rectify the situation by simply asking if he could help me. Once I told him I hadn't heard from Chris in sales regarding my question email we had an awkward silence and I said I guess I will have to use another company, which is the same thing I said in my last email to Chris@shirtagency. This person then proceeded to just hang up on me. So I guess I will. I don't expect to hear from anyone but I will make an attempt to reach Cole Lundstrom who is the founder although I don't know if I will have any success. Seems to be a company that has gotten full of itself and doesn't care about new customers or customers who are just starting out. I defintely would not recommend them to anyone.
We have worked with Shirt Agency for many years now and have placed several orders. We have always been pleased with their service and the high quality of work. Great help in some minor graphics work. Joni is a great help. I highly recommend Shirt Agency
Very bad customer service- the guy sits at the desk ignoring the customer while he works on his own stuff. Then he gets irritated and short tempered with you. In the end, hes not knowledgeable or cares to help the customer. Also the place stinks of chemicals.
