This software is not user-friendly at all. Their customer service is not helpful if the return is not in the current year. We are moving on to Lacerte.

Hello Janine, I am sorry to hear of these challenges. I have tried to look up your client information in our system so that we can call you and I couldn't locate it. Please call 1-800-877-1065 and ask for Catherine so that we can address your issues. Yes Tax season can be a very high pressure time and creating brand new software every year is an intense job that we have taken very seriously for the past 40 years. I can assure you we never turn off our phones during business hours, in fact we extend our business hours during the season and pride ourselves in very short wait times. We are also open for phone tech support year round which is virtually unheard of these days when chat support and long wait times in a Que continue to be the norm. We do apologize for the delay in this reply as we only recently connected with this listing. Again, I hope that you reach out to us so that we can address your concerns.

This software always has issues with non working updates and schedules. There is always programming problems during peak tax season and they either close or put their phones on no answer mode when they know there is problems specially when you get stuck preparing taxes with your clients in your office and due to their technical programming problems you can do your job!
