The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and craftsmanship EVER! Went to this place for a deck and custom box for my 06 Chevy Silverado. They didn't screw the box down under the seats. The amp wasn't adjusted or bolted down. Called them and told management about the whole waste of my time and my unhappiness. Told me to make an appointment!!! An appointment to fix the crap they made! Needless to say DO NOT BUY OR GET ANYTHING SERVICED BY THESE UNPROFESSIONALS!!!

The quality of work for the bed liner was great, but I noticed minor scratches in my paint on the side of my truck. Also, I did not know or was told that they drove my truck from Gilroy, CA to Hayward, CA (approx. 60 miles each way, 120 miles round trip) instead of putting it on a truck. Since I had the dealership I bought the truck from throw in the bed liner for free as part of the deal, I had very little involvement on the whole process and neither party told me. They also did not refill my gas tank. Very unprofessional way of doing business in my opinion. Update: The company contacted me shortly after I posted my review to discuss the issues. They sincerely took my feedback, sent me a $50 gift card for gas compensation, and did NOT ask me to change my review. I increased my rating as a result of this call by one star.

Go check out Autohaus. Their displays are state of the art...top notch! Everything is very clean and Matt is very knowledgeable when it comes to 12 volt. I purchased a full Alpine Type X sound system for my Denali. Everything came out perfect and it looks like nothing was done but sounds amazing. They are willing to work with any budget and don't cut any corners unlike other shops. Seriously, go check out their displays.
