We always do our best to meet or exceed every clients expectations. Unfortunately, in this case the issues mentioned by the client dont match what she told us in conversation. It is true that the client didnt like the design on our first draft; however, she liked and approved the second draft. It is normal for an ad to need more than one draft before completion. When we ran the ads, the client was upset because she received likes from areas outside her target location. We checked and confirmed that the ad was targeted correctly and was also receiving likes and engagement from the target locations, and we have no way of knowing why the ad received likes from faraway locations. This was the only issue she expressed to us. She did not say anything about being rushed off the phone, and when we checked our call records to confirm her account of events, we can find no evidence that she was rushed by anyone. Our CSM took the time to explain everything as we would with any client. As far as we can tell, her primary issue was the fact that she received unexplained likes from areas outside her target location. If she wasnt satisfied with the ad itself, we would have been happy to revise it again if she had told us that there was an issue. Unfortunately they talked a big game but when it came down to my actual social media ad - it was garbage. It did not follow anything related to my brand, they actual designers had no idea what they were doing. The call setters are lovely and seem to do a great job bringing people in but the actual service provided is not credible and a waste of money. They have no real references and do not know anything about real social media ads. Totally wasted a good portion of my marketing budget by trusting them and then had to disconnect and start over. Really do your research. The call greeters are not who you work with. The people who then take care of you will speak so fast and rush you off the phone right after that card is charged. EDIT: The COO personally reached out, and we are working on correcting the situation., I did appreciate the personal phone call and the professionalism of his tone and manner of handling things. I hope for a more positive resolution.
They ultimately did not complete their obligations with our company. They appeared to have no more customer service tricks to pull out their bag. No reps. Missing information. Empty promises. Very frustrating!!
We came thinking we knew what we were doing from experience 2 years ago. The whole landscape has changed and Xavier is an expert at the current situation. He was very patient and walked us through every step. Excellent communication and a great outcome, highly recommended.

This company was such a joy to work with, especially FLOR,.She is fantastic. She is the most pleasant and sincere person I have ever worked with. She is intelligent, articulate and caring. We would love the opportunity to work with her again.
They did not follow through on their commitments to my satisfaction and then kept charging my AMEX card after I terminated their services. I had to get the refund through AMEX. Continued running an ad campaign after that termination also culminating in over $1,000 of unknown charges. I am still pursuing that . Not to be trusted!!
