stay away, was told did not need appointment and when i went there i was told there were about 4 people in front of me and they only have 1 person for blood work. Then they advised us that they do not do all kinds of blood test. All patients asked if we can verify if they did what we had, and was told the person was busy and could not do that. I left, why wait and then find out they don't do that kind of blood test, Back to Quest lab, you can schedule appointment.

Had my Covid taken dozens of times at different places in the US and outside the US. Here, by far, is the worst I have experienced. If it wasn't for my upcoming procedure at a Northwell affiliate hospital, I would've gone to Citymd. If you like the adventures of a stick being shoved up your nose to the back of your brain drawing blood...go here!!

I was treated in an unprofessional and discouteous manner by Katrina. I was told that I would have to fill out paperwork in spite of the fact that I have a bad wrist. I was told that my doctor should have informed me to print out the prescription. She was dismissive and oblivious to this fact that I am wearing abrace and am about to have my fourth surgery on my wrist. The information being requested was all available in the database. Katrina stated "When you don't bring paperwork you have to fill this out". Was this a penalty for her having to hit a few keystrokes or god forbid assist me. I will never return to this facility and I am contacting Cigna. This is not professional or courteous treatment.
