I'm not only surprised by the tone and statement of this reviewer, but offended, as the statements made by Nancy ( Rich) Gustafson are unequivocally FALSE. I remember her/his visit clearly. Several times she stated the items were "fakes", and I consistently pointed out the items are authentic; she/he refused to accept my answer. I have owned and operated my store for twenty-eight years, enjoy a long list of regular, returning happy customers, and have a solid reputation with my suppliers. At best this reviewer is mistaken in his/her assessment of the items in my store, on the items she inspected, are fakes, or of low quality, and at worst this review has some more malicious agenda.

We spent 4 days in Santa Fe and found only lovely, friendly, nice people, but when we went in this shop, we were shocked at how rudely we were treated. I nicely asked if all the jewelry was native to the area. We like to buy things for local artisans and, as we walked in the store, I noticed a necklace displayed that I had purchased in Mexico, . She said yes it was all from locals. I then asked about the necklace, saying maybe it had been copied. Well....that set her off!! She told me that I was rude to even question her and that she was greatly offended that I even ask. My husband and I were shocked and turned to walk out of the store, with her badgering us all the way. This was so rude of her!! I suggest that people watch what they say.....no matter how nice...to the owner of this shop!!!

Very RUDE saleswoman. She was friendly to everyone else. I went into this store excited to buy myself jewelry. She ruined it. I won't be buying anything from this store.

Ive been making a point to visit this jewelry store on each trip through Santa Fe for over 20 years. The quality is amazing and the pieces you find are breathtaking. There is always a hidden treasure in the cabinets. The owner has a beautiful eye and takes the time to help each person who comes in the door find what they need. I look forward to my trips through such beautiful pieces and I cant wait to visit again. Thank you for adding to my life!

We are sorry you were not able to use our restroom today. It was clogged, and therefore we had an out of order sign on the door till it will be fixed. We did recommend the restroom in the parking garage across the street, Hilton hotel or Eldorado hotel. We followed you out of the restroom not the store. We had customers in the store and we had to attend to them.You are welcome to use our restroom next time you are in the neighborhood. Since there is a shortage of restrooms for the tourists in town and most stores don't have a public restroom, we will complain to the city on your behalf.

The clerk in the store was rude. I came in to look around and noticed the restroom and thought I'd use the facility while i was in shopping. She insinuated that i couldn't read when the sign saying it was out of order was hidden. I asked where I could find a restroom and she told me she was not "an information booth." She then followed me out of the store immediately after, without letting me continue looking around, saying she had customers, as though I was not also a potential customer.
