At Tomasello Truck & Auto Sales, the safety and reliability of the vehicles that we sell are very important to us. Each vehicle is put through a 40-point safety inspection, oil change and NYS inspection prior to sale. Customers are always welcome to have the option to have their own inspection done prior to purchasing any vehicle from us. Once a customer makes a purchase from us, they are always offered a third party extended warranty from one our warranty partners. Each vehicle we sell, comes with a 30-day warranty that is based on NYS guidelines, unless the vehicle is exempt, then the vehicle is sold as is with no warranty. We have sold thousands of vehicles over the last 60 years in business at the same location. That in it self shows our commitment to our customers. With any dealer, consumers sometimes forget that they are purchasing a used car or truck with prior owners, and unforeseen issues do happen from time to time. While we try to help and satisfy every customer, unfortunately, there is always that one customer in any business that no matter how much you try to help them or try to make them happy, they just will never be no matter how hard you try. For four generations, Tomasello Truck and Auto Sales has always been committed to serving our customers!

If I could give negative stars I would. My friend purchased a vehicle here and problem after problem was encountered. Did she have her vehicle fixed correctly? No. They took short cuts and turned their family vehicle into a fire hazard. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't give them your business.

My wife bought a used SUV from these folks back in Oct 2019. During the first three months of ownership the car was in the shop more than 30 days. They had agreed to repair the air conditioning. They did so by drilling holes in two fuses in the fuse box then running wire from the AC clutch to those newly drilled holes in the fuses. An oil leak developed in the first week. The dealership failed on multiple attempts to repair that oil leak. The power steering pump started leaking within the first two months. Tomasello's agreed to reimburse us for the repair if we had it done at a local shop. Only to complain about the cost when the job was done then partially reimburse us. During our third month of ownership there was a catastrophic failure in the rear end. Caused by a jerry rigged frame. Which resulted in a broken axle and an undrivable car. From January to October of 2020 the car sat unusable while I fought for justice through the DMV. In October of 2020 the DMV decided in our favor for the 1st time. Ordering Tomasello's to pick up our car via flatbed and take it to their shop to make the necessary repairs to the rear end. Allowing for a DMV inspector to approve the work upon completion. This part is fun, when I went to pick up the car after this repair one of the workers in the office said to me " You're not the first you probably won't be the last and we don't lose often." Just today, 20 months after purchase, the DMV has decided in our favor yet again. Ordering the dealership to pay us restitution for the cost of paying a different shop to fix that oil leak that they were never able to repair. Please, I implore you to take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't wish this automotive hell on anyone.

A couple years ago I took my Motorcycle there to get corrections to repairs made by the "top" bike mechanic in the area. He did top notch work, and had been taking care of both the bike and my truck ever since. Competitively priced labor and connections to find all the hard-to-find parts.
