Attempted purchase of gift card on their website and had difficulty with two fields. Would not accept what I entered. Called store and a very pleasant young lady put me on hold to check with her web person. Instead of speaking to me they had her yell me they checked and the site was working fine.. Didn't bother asking me details, mightve been something I was entering incorrectly but I'll never know. Not very customer-friendly.
