I like the product. Don't like no free return...especially when it wasn't shipped yet and shipping is never 3 to 5 days (7 days). Won't order again, been over a week and wan't my refund. So no.

Mark, I'm sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with us. I tried finding the example you mentioned of an incorrect link on our website but couldn't find it. Can you email me the page that has that error? You shouldn't have to pay for return shipping if we shipped you the incorrect product. Since we are working with wood, it's impossible to be perfect every time so some pieces will occasionally have little knots or chips or knicks. We view this as part of the beauty of natural materials but if you are unhappy with it we have no problem refunding or replacing your order. You (and anyone else) are always welcome to come visit our shop. The address and hours are on our website, anyone can walk in at anytime. Most of our cases are made to order though so you can't necessarily come in and pick up a case immediately. Once you order it, we have to make it and that can take a day or two. This company is far from easy to deal with and their products far from the quality they represent When you click on the i phone 8 on their website, you are taken to a page that defaults to the i phone x. So be careful you don't order the wrong product. Normally when I click on the page that says i phone 8 i would imagine that is the product that I would be directed to. Then you have to pay to return the incorrect product back to them. Now I have received my second case and out of the box there are two chis out of the wood part of the case. Don't try to get a hold of them on the phone, they never answer. I live 15 minutes from their office, but was told that I could not come there to conduct any business with them. Too bad because their product looked cool.

Very beautiful case the work on that side is amazing I ordered one for my S20+ (non wrap around) but the case itself has uncomfortable design and feel awkward in the hand I'd recommend rounding out your edges more and less sharp angles on the back hand to make it feel more ergonomic and with rounded you can add ribs that you could build in as shock obsorbers for drops , but overall I will recommend this to my friends and family!
