Great story to write about. I went to this store to look and inquire about my kitchen renovation and here starts. The door was locked and the seasoned retail sales person came to the door and unlock the door from the bottom lock. I was waiting for him to open the door and welcome us. An awkward moment happen and it seems like a slow motion moment. He stood far enough from the door and waited for me to open the door. I pushed, open the door and he in his Chelsea accent right away asked in a nasty tone..can I help you with something? ( what do you think I thought to myself). I remained calmed because I thought perhaps he was just having a senior moment. Which I am quite sympathetic since I also have parent around his age. I ask where did their kitchen made and he replied by cesar. I asked again perhaps my question was not clear enough and ask again, Italian, German, and he replied cesar is Italian as if I was supposed to know that before coming in. We felt unwelcome, we felt his negative vibe and his lack of client services. He should retired and cesar should find more appropriate sales designer. The store and showroom were beautiful sadly the experience was not what I expected. When to Porcelanosa and I started working with them. What a difference in customer service.

My fiance and I went to check out the store today since we are remodeling our kitchen. It's a beautiful store, don't get me wrong. We said hello to the sales woman, and were completely ignored... Strike 1. We decide to look at some samples and wait...as one does, because maybe they are busy, or finishing up something else. We realize thats not the case as the other 2 people in the store are both employees. We stay off to the side, very politely chat about some options... Another 3 minutes or goes by, strike 2. At this point it's been almost 10 minutes without so much as a glance or god forbid, a "hello". We look over one more time, then at each other, knowing we are not going to be acknowledged... And walk out. How these salespeople do business, I will never know. Complete and utter ignorance and disrespect (and maybe profiling) is what we've just experienced today and I will be sure to let as many people as I can, aware of the trash that works here.
We just completed the renovation of our apartment in the Upper West Side in Manhattan. I would like to praise Cesar New York for their very high competence and professionality. During the design phase, they were able to translate the draft of the kitchen by our architect into an extremely elegant and functional design, well understanding our objectives and taste, always providing useful suggestions, with a clear mastering of the details. The delivery was ahead of the committed date. The installation of the kitchen was performed in an outstanding fashion, the skills, precision, and cleanliness of the installer were remarkable. If we had any changes or issues to address during the various phases of the project, they were always approached and solved in a very creative and cooperative manner. Overall project management, which also included the counter-tops from their recommended suppliers, as well as appliance installation, was excellent. In summary, besides the inherent high quality and beautiful design features of the Cesar Kitchens, we found the overall experience of working with Cesar New York very pleasant and refreshing. Kobi Ahron, Gil Kovalski and their staff can really provide a superior customer experience! We highly recommend Cesar New York.
We used this company for our brand new house.At the beginning I was nervous but I felt confident about the quality (cabinet&hinges) after I saw their projects. I wanted a high end modern European style kitchen with elegant sleek cabinets and now could tell came out what I expected. We got lots of compliments from our visitors specially for our retractable system hinges in tall cabinets which made that area not only good looking but also very practical.highly recommend to everyone ! The project came in at the price we had agreed upon although they added some parts during the job to end up into better design with no extra cost. We were throughly pleased with the work .the Cesar team are insightful,helpful,prompt and skilled. The crews worked well and kept work area clean .The owner and the designer were responsive and took care of any issues quickly and made the process go smoothly. They were pleasure to deal with and we recommend them without any reservations .
