Seen better havent seen worse yet as an escapee based in Livingston I started my truck shopping here but moved on due to incompetence in communication based on false online prices and bad faith estimates on credit. Came in preapproved with 2 banks for a ram with online price of 48 that jumped to almost 52 with no attempt to honor their own alleged typo will update with the better choice for us escapees after we purchase. Big issue for others will be the false online pricing biggest issue for us was the financing department and the rudeness of our salesperson Erica after turning down the deal which is what motivated me to warn others. Skip on this location there are hundreds of ram dealers in Texas!

Had my power steering pump replaced I Varela drive the truck and when I got home to drive it my power steering pump goes out again so I replace it myself and when I got o take off the pump non of the bomts were tight and I had a air leak due to loose lines which caused it to go out again...whoever worked on my truck here did not tighten anything done I can undo the majority of the bolts and hoses by hand and when I call them they was no help..this place is no good and of you do take your vehicle here for repairs always check what they replaced and make sure it's all tight
