City of Ventura can open it's businesses to the public which is really great, but it won't open it's own doors for the residents of its city. That is just plain and simply wrong.

Its wonderful that the residents of Ventura have preserved this Beaux Arts treasure into its second century as a city hall. Lovely views of the coast as well! Worth a visit.
