They changed their burger buns and they will never be the same, really disappointed. My parents took me here as a kid and the inside seating area hasn't been updated in probably 30 years. The garbage cans are always overflowing. The bathrooms are tiny and dirty. The "new" outside seating area is always filthy. There are so many better options in the area.

We recently moved to this area and were excited there was a Kopps within minutes from our house. Just got home and ate our burgers, onion rings and fries. Also ordered chocolate shakes and a fish sandwich. Well,the burgers were totally overcooked and hard, the fries were overdone and hard, and the buns were crumbly. The fish also was overcooked and didnt have any flavor. The onion rings,again also overcooked and mostly batter with a touch of onion. The only saving grace was that the malts were delicious.Didnt even eat half of our food. Very disappointing and a waste of $36!

Definitely awful awful awful experience!!!!!! Never go to this kopps in Brookfield!!!!! We got yelled and shouted when asking for a split of flavors in a half gallon. It has been over 10 years we did that when shop in all locations of kopps. And all of a sudden they made a policy!? Attitude is very very very bad and the manager is rude.
